One of the best massages ever. Lisha was very knowledgeable on how to target my pain points and was able to explain most of the problems I’ve been having. It was as if she knew me personally, but it was the first session. She also gave me some recommendations for mobility and exercises. It was a great experience, I’m so used just getting a massage and then shown the exit sign. This was different and much appreciated
